Abstract

Keterbatasan Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) dan dominasi metode pembelajaran konvensional seperti drilling menghambat terciptanya iklim play-based learning di lembaga PAUD pedesaan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik dan keterampilan praktis guru RA Nurul Yaqin di Kabupaten Ogan Ilir dalam memproduksi APE kolaboratif berbasis loose parts dan bahan daur ulang. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) melalui empat tahapan: diagnosis awal, pemaparan materi, workshop pembuatan APE, serta evaluasi dan distribusi modul. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru hingga 90% dalam merancang APE mandiri. Selain itu, berhasil diproduksi ragam media APE buatan sendiri untuk tiga kelas aktif, yang memicu pergeseran paradigma mengajar menuju joyful learning. Pemanfaatan material lokal dan loose parts terbukti efektif mengatasi keterbatasan sarana tanpa membebani anggaran operasional sekolah.
