Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital siswa magang SMKN 1 Tanjung Palas yang awalnya mengalami kesulitan dalam menggunakan Microsoft 365 untuk menyiapkan laporan, mengolah data, dan membuat presentasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan tahapan indentifikasi, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Lima belas siswa berpartisipasi dan menyelesaikan kuesioner pra-tes dan pasca-tes yang terdiri dari 20 pertanyaan tertutup. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kompetensi, dengan respon “ya” meningkat dari 22% menjadi 85%, sementara “Tidak” menurun dari 49% menjadi 3% dan “Ragu-Ragu” dari 29% menjadi 12%. Pelatihan ini terbukti efektif meningkatkan kompetensi digital siswa.
