UPSKILLING KOMPETENSI DIGITAL GURU-GURU UNTUK MERANCANG MULTIMEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF BERBASIS VIRTUAL REALITY

Kegiatan PkM ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas (upskilling) digital guru-guru SMA Negeri 1 Lareh Sago Halaban melalui pelatihan pembuatan multimedia interaktif berbasis virtual reality (VR) menggunakan ekosistem web (Lapentor, Canva, Wordwall, dan YouTube) serta pemanfaatan headset Oculus. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 61 orang guru. Metode pelaksanaan PkM menggunakan pendekatan berbasis mitra dan Participatory Rural Appraisal melalui tiga tahap utama: (1) sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 29 Juli, (2) pelatihan terstruktur 2 hari (18 JP) dari tangal 23 – 24 September, (3) pendampingan tugas mandiri (4 sesi/120 menit) hingga publikasi hasil kegiatan. Evaluasi dilakukan lewat instrument kueisoner survei kepuasan skala Likert. Hasil pelaksanaan PKM dan survey evaluasi kegiatan membuktikan bahwa pelatihan sangat relevan dan memenuhi kebutuhan guru dibidan teknologi. Hal ini mendukung SDGs 4 (Pendidikan Berkualitas) sekaligus memperkecil kesenjangan keterampilan digital guru di daerah.
