EFEKTIVITAS LATIHAN DRILL TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN DRIBBLING SEPAKBOLA SISWA SMA BUDI MULIA KARAWANG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas metode drill dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dribbling pada siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler sepakbola di SMA Budi Mulia Karawang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksperimen, 30 siswa dipilih sebagai sampel melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes short dribbling dan data dianalisis dengan pretest-posttest design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan dribbling siswa setelah penerapan metode drill, dengan skor rata-rata posttest yang lebih tinggi dari pretest. Analisis statistik mengonfirmasi signifikansi perbedaan antara pretest dan posttest, menunjukkan bahwa metode drill efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dribbling siswa sepakbola di SMA Budi Mulia Karawang. Implikasinya, pendekatan ini dapat dijadikan pedoman dalam pengembangan program latihan ekstrakurikuler untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dalam olahraga, terutama dalam konteks dribbling sepakbola.
