PERBANDINGAN FOUR-CONE DRILLS DAN FIVE-CONE DRILLS TERHADAP KELINCAHAN PEMAIN RED PANDA FUTSAL AKADEMI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan efektivitas latihan Four-Cone Drills dan Five-Cone Drills terhadap kelincahan pemain di Red Panda Futsal Academy. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan eksperimen dengan desain Pretest-Posttest control group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling, dengan melibatkan 40 pemain U-16 Red Panda yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yang masing-masing terdiri dari 20 pemain. Kelompok pertama menjalani latihan Four-Cone Drills dan kelompok lainnya menggunakan Five-Cone Drills. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Illinois Agility Test. Analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxxon dan Mann-Whitney U. Uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0.001 (< 0.05), yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kelincahan yang signifikan antara hasil Pretest dan Posttest pada kedua kelompok (Four-Cone Drills dan Five-Cone Drills). Sementara itu, Uji Mann-Whitney menghasilkan nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,171 (> 0,05), yang menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara efek Four-Cone Drills dan Five-Cone Drills dalam meningkatkan kelincahan pemain. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kedua metode latihan tersebut secara signifikan meningkatkan kelincahan pemain. Namun, kedua metode tersebut menunjukkan tingkat efektivitas yang serupa, dengan kelompok Four-Cone Drills mencapai peningkatan sebesar 5,97%, sedangkan kelompok Five-Cone Drills mencapai peningkatan sebesar 8,19%. Secara keseluruhan, baik Four-Cone Drills maupun Five-Cone Drills memainkan peran penting dalam mengembangkan kelincahan pemain futsal.
