Implementasi Program Pengembangan Guru: Sebuah Tinjauan Sistematis tentang Dampak terhadap Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Hasil Belajar

Tinjauan sistematis ini mengeksplorasi dampak program pengembangan keprofesian guru terhadap kompetensi pedagogik dan hasil belajar siswa dengan menyintesis 20 artikel empiris terkini. Kesenjangan penelitian terletak pada pemahaman yang terfragmentasi mengenai bagaimana pendekatan pelatihan guru meningkatkan praktik mengajar dan prestasi siswa. Kebaruan tinjauan terletak pada kerangka integratif yang menyinergikan desain program efektif, tantangan implementasi, dan strategi pendukung, dengan fokus pada mekanisme mediasi antara intervensi guru dan hasil siswa. Metode menggunakan systematic review berpedoman PRISMA untuk mengidentifikasi, menyeleksi, dan menganalisis literatur dari database ScienceDirect. Temuan utama menunjukkan: (1) desain program kontekstual dan berpusat praktik, seperti ABRA-READS dan Cognitively Guided Instruction, terbukti efektif; (2) praktik reflektif berbasis data dan kesejahteraan sosio-emosional guru penting bagi keberlanjutan perubahan pedagogik; dan (3) faktor pendukung sistemik seperti ekosistem kolaboratif, kebijakan, dan kepemimpinan institusional menentukan keberhasilan. Temuan menegaskan implementasi efektif memerlukan desain responsif, dukungan sistemik, dan komunitas profesional kolaboratif serta reflektif untuk pengembangan guru berdampak, berkeadilan, dan berkelanjutan.
