PENGEMBANGAN MODEL SIGAP SEHAT BERBASIS GAMIFIKASI DAN KEARIFAN LOKAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT SISWA KELAS IV

Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) pada anak sekolah dasar di Indonesia masih belum optimal, terutama di wilayah pedesaan dengan identitas budaya yang kuat. Kabupaten Lebak, Banten, yang merupakan rumah bagi masyarakat adat Baduy, menghadirkan konteks unik di mana nilai-nilai tradisional berdampingan dengan tantangan kesehatan yang muncul. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengevaluasi model SIGAP SEHAT-intervensi pendidikan kesehatan berbasis gamifikasi yang diintegrasikan dengan kearifan local-untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik PHBS siswa kelas IV. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) mengikuti kerangka ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), model ini dibangun melalui asesmen kebutuhan mendalam di lima sekolah dasar, perancangan elemen gamifikasi (misi, poin, lencana, papan peringkat), serta pemasukan kearifan lokal khas Baduy (cerita rakyat, permainan tradisional, nilai-nilai komunal). Validasi ahli menunjukkan skor kelayakan tinggi (materi: 93,2%, media: 89,7%, bahasa: 91,5%). Desain kuasi-eksperimen satu kelompok pretest-posttest yang melibatkan 62 siswa menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan di seluruh domain PHBS: pengetahuan (rerata peningkatan = 18,9, p < 0,001, d = 2,34), sikap (peningkatan = 15,2, p < 0,001), dan praktik (peningkatan = 22,4, p < 0,001). Skor N-Gain menunjukkan efektivitas sedang hingga tinggi. Umpan balik kualitatif menggarisbawahi peningkatan motivasi, kolaborasi antarteman, dan kebanggaan budaya. Model SIGAP SEHAT secara efektif menjembatani teknik gamifikasi modern dengan tradisi lokal yang mengakar kuat, menawarkan kerangka kerja yang dapat direplikasi dan responsif budaya untuk promosi kesehatan di sekolah dasar. Implikasi untuk kebijakan, integrasi kurikulum, dan penelitian lebih lanjut dibahas.
