PERAN OLAHRAGA UNTUK PENGEMBANGAN SOSIAL DAN KEADILAN SOSIAL

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan gambaran umum literatur yang ada tentang peran olahraga terhadap perubahan sosial dan keadilan sosial dalam konteks. Metode penelitian mengumpulkan dan meninjau dengan systematic literature review (SLR). Database yang digunakan untuk mencari literatur yang tersedia yaitu Scopus. Pencarian artikel pada penelitian ini dibatasi dalam publikasi 5 tahun terakhir yang diterbitkan pada jurnal internasional terakreditasi yang dapat diakses secara terbuka (open acces). Subjek penelitian ini semua kalangan usia. Terdapat 15 penelitian tersebut menggunakan beberapa desain, metode, dan instrumen penelitian untuk menyelidiki berbagai konsep yang berkaitan dengan perubahan sosial dan keadilan sosial khususnya dalam olahraga. Konsep-konsep tersebut dikelompokkan ke dalam 5 tema berikut: Keterampilan interaksi; semangat kebersamaan; hubungan interpersonal; kerjasama; dan kesetaraan sosial. Temuan utama untuk masing-masing dari 5 tema tersebut dilaporkan sebagian besar secara positif keterkaitan peran antara olahraga terhadap perubahan sosial dan keadilan sosial masyarakat. Tinjauan ini memberikan gambaran umum tentang penelitian tentang manfaat olahraga terhadap perkembangan sosial dan keadilan sosial.
