Intensitas Latihan Bagaimana Pengaruhnya Terhadap Mood: Sebuah Kajian Literatur

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencoba untuk mencari keterhubungan antara latihan dengan sisi psikologis pelaku, khususnya mood. Latihan menjadi anjuran untuk menjaga Kesehatan fisik dan psikologi, masih menjadi pertanyaan dan misteri bagaimana olahraga ataupun latihan dapat meningkatkan atau berpengaruh terhadap kondisi psikologis terutama suasana hati ataupun mood. Metode yang dipergunakan Adalah literatur review. Penelitian ini dlakukan dengan menggunakan literatur review. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah “exercise intensity” and mood Pencarian dilakukan di WOS awal ditemukan 56 dengan pembatasan 5 tahun terakhir 44 dan hanya 22 artikel dengan tema psikologi ilmu olahraga setelah dibaca abstrak terdapat 15 hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan dan membutktikan bahwa, intensitas latihan terbukti berpengaruh terhadap kondisi psikologis orang. Intensitas rendah dan sedang positif terhadap mood. Sedangkan intensitas tinggi terdapat hasil yang menyatakan berpengaruh positif dan ada yang negatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disarankan untuk kelayakan masyarakat memilih aktivitas jasmani ataupun olahraga untuk meningkatkan suasana hati (mood).
