Habituasi Berbagi: Peran Program Sebar (Senin Berbagi Rezeki) dalam Membangun Nilai Kedermawanan

Penelitian ini mengkaji program Senin Berbagi Rezeki (SEBAR) di SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Yogyakarta sebagai upaya menumbuhkan nilai kedermawanan siswa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk melihat partisipasi siswa, keikhlasan siswa, peran guru, serta keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan berbagi rutin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SEBAR mendorong tumbuhnya empati, keikhlasan, dan tanggung jawab sosial siswa, yang diperkuat melalui keteladanan guru dan pengaruh teman sebaya. Selain itu, keterlibatan siswa kelas IX dalam pengelolaan dana dan kegiatan sosial menunjukkan perkembangan kepemimpinan. Secara keseluruhan, SEBAR berperan dalam membangun nilai kedermawanan dalam budaya berbagi dan penguatan pendidikan karakter di lingkungan sekolah.
