Penelitian ini mengkaji Peran kepemimpinan dalam membangun budaya organisasi yang positif di sekolah. Melalui analisis literatur, ditemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang transformasional, partisipatif, dan situasional sangat berpengaruh dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang inklusif dan produktif. Kepemimpinan yang baik mampu mempengaruhi iklim budaya sekolah, mendorong kolaborasi, serta meningkatkan motivasi dan kinerja staf dan siswa. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan pentingnya pengembangan kompetensi kepemimpinan, komunikasi efektif, serta pendekatan yang fleksibel untuk menyesuaikan gaya kepemimpinan dengan situasi yang ada. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan yang kuat dan inovatif berperan penting dalam menciptakan budaya organisasi yang mendukung pertumbuhan akademik dan karakter di sekolah.
