ANALSIS PENGGUNAAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS DIGITAL TERHADAP KEAKTIFAN DAN MINAT BELAJAR SEJARAH SISWA

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan media digital dalam meningkatkan minat belajar sejarah siswa di sekolah menengah. Pembelajaran sejarah sering dianggap membosankan oleh peserta didik karena metode pembelajaran yang sama dan kurang interaktif. Perkembangan teknologi digital memberikan kesempatan bagi guru untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik melalui penggunaan video pembelajaran, media audio visual, aplikasi pendidikan, dan platform digital lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas guru sejarah dan siswa sekolah menengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media digital mampu meningkatkan perhatian, antusiasme, dan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Media digital juga membantu siswa memahami materi sejarah secara lebih nyata melalui visualisasi gambar, video, dan animasi.

Abtract
This study aims to analyze the use of digital media to increase students' interest in learning history in secondary schools. Students often find history lessons boring due to the use of repetitive teaching methods and a lack of interactivity. Advances in digital technology provide opportunities for teachers to create more engaging learning experiences through the use of instructional videos, audio-visual media, educational applications, and other digital platforms. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects were history teachers and secondary school students. The results showed that the use of digital media increased students' attention, enthusiasm, and participation in history learning. Digital media also helped students understand historical material more concretely through visualizations of images, videos, and animations.
