RANCANG BANGUN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN PANCASILA BERBASIS APLIKASI MOBILE UNTUK PENGUATAN NILAI KEWARGANEGARAAN DIGITAL

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun aplikasi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Digital (PKD) sebagai media pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila berbasis aplikasi mobile untuk memperkuat nilai kewarganegaraan digital siswa SMP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototyping melalui empat tahap, yaitu pengumpulan kebutuhan, desain cepat, pembuatan prototipe, serta evaluasi dan perbaikan. Data kebutuhan diperoleh melalui observasi, serta wawancara guru dan siswa. Desain aplikasi disusun menggunakan wireframe dan flowchart, sedangkan prototipe dikembangkan dengan sistem berbasis Flutter. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Digital (PKD) memiliki fitur materi pembelajaran, kuis, forum diskusi, proyek kewarganegaraan, dan laporan kemajuan belajar. Analisis data menggunakan skala likert yang menghasilkan validasi ahli materi memperoleh skor rerata 3,7 dengan kategori cukup layak, validasi ahli media 4,25 dengan kategori layak, dan penilaian praktisi 4,25 dengan kategori layak. Uji coba kepada 15 peserta didik memperoleh skor 4,3 dengan kategori baik. Dengan demikian, aplikasi PKD terbukti layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran, meskipun perbaikan lebih lanjut diperlukan pada aspek visual dan fitur agar lebih optimal.
