LAYANAN PENGUASAAN KONTEN BERBASIS KOMPETENSI ABAD 21 UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KESIAPAN KARIR SISWA SMK

Penelitian Research and Development (R&D) ini berfokus pada pengembangan dan pengujian efektivitas model layanan penguasaan konten yang mengintegrasikan kompetensi abad 21 (4C) guna mengoptimalkan kesiapan karir siswa SMK. Berdasarkan studi awal, ditemukan bahwa rendahnya pemahaman terhadap soft skills industri memicu minimnya kesiapan karir siswa, dengan rerata skor pre-test hanya mencapai 62,50. Menanggapi isu tersebut, dirancanglah sebuah produk layanan berbasis pilar Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, dan Communication yang telah divalidasi sangat layak oleh pakar bimbingan konseling. Implementasi model ini di lapangan berhasil memicu lonjakan signifikan pada skor post-test menjadi 83,75, atau mencatat peningkatan (gain score) sebesar 21,25 yang masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Secara statistik, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada tingkat kesiapan kerja siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Dengan demikian, model layanan ini terbukti efektif dalam mendongkrak kesiapan karir serta adaptabilitas siswa SMK menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja modern.
