HUBUNGAN MODEL TEAMS GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) DENGAN PERILAKU BELAJAR SISWA AGAMA BUDDHA

Studi ini menganalisis korelasi antara hubungan metode pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dengan perilaku belajar peserta didik beragama Buddha di SMPS Pelopor Mandau. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif korelasional dengan melibatkan 29 responden sebagai subjek penelitian. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang telah memenuhi uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Proses analisis data menerapkan teknik regresi linier sederhana yang menghasilkan angka korelasi 0.787, mengindikasikan hubungan yang kuat antara variabel bebas (model TGT) dan variabel terikat (Perilaku belajar). Hasil analisis menunjukkan signifikansi statistik dengan nilai 0.000 (< taraf signifikansi 0.05), diperkuat oleh nilai t-statistik (6.631) yang lebih tinggi dibanding nilai t-tabel (2.052). Lebih lanjut, model TGT terbukti memberikan pengaruh sebesar 60.5% terhadap perubahan perilaku belajar siswa.
