Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan kompetensi abad ke-21 yang meliputi kolaborasi, komunikasi, pemecahan masalah, dan literasi digital dengan kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 250 mahasiswa aktif FKIP Universitas Bung Hatta yang dipilih secara proporsional dari enam program studi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi abad ke-21 berhubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa (β = 0,34). Literasi digital dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah memberikan kontribusi paling dominan, diikuti oleh komunikasi dan kolaborasi. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan integrasi kompetensi abad ke-21 dalam kurikulum dan proses pembelajaran FKIP guna meningkatkan kesiapan dan daya saing lulusan di dunia kerja.
