Apakah Berolahraga Dapat Menyebabkan Orang Menjadi Merasa Bahagia: Sebuah Kajian Literatur

Abstract

Dalam kehidupan banyak orang kebahagiaan merupakan kondisi psikologis subjektif yang berkaitan dalam mencari rasa senang atau bahagia dengan berbagai cara. Salah satu yang dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap rasa Bahagia ini adalah dengan mengikuti kegiatan olahraga. Secara penelitian perlu untuk dikaji informasi-informasi yang valid dari hasil penelitian pengaruhnya olahraga terhadap perasaan Bahagia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan studi literatur dengan analisis menggunakan PRISMA. Kata kunci yang dipergunakan adalah kebahagiaan dan olahraga dilakukan pencarian di WOS. Awal pencarian diperoleh 776 artikel, selanjutnya di lakukan pembatasan yaitu 5 tahun terakhir adalah 339 artikel dan hanya 72 artikel yang bertema psikologi ilmu olahraga dan dilakukan lagi pembatasan untuk mendapatkan data penelitian artikel yang relevan ditemukan artikel yang memenuhi syarat untuk dianalisis adalah 25 artikel yang layak untuk dikaji. Hasil telaah terhadap artikel-artikel tersebut memberikan informasi yang sangat tegas bahwa keikutsertaan dalam olahrga memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap rasa Bahagia. Hal ini memberikan petunjuk bahwa olahraga memberikan sumbangan yang besar terhadap rasa bahagia bagi orang yang aktif berpartisipasi.
